Overview
The ATSET_LOCATION command sets the physical location description for selected devices. Location information appears in device labels, schedules, and inspection reports.
Steps
- Type
ATSET_LOCATIONin the AutoCAD command line - Select one or more devices
- The location-specific properties dialog opens
- Enter the location information
- Click OK to apply
Tips
- Location values are used in device schedule reports and inspection forms
- Setting consistent location descriptions improves report readability
