Prerequisites
- A FireCAD project must be open
- One or more devices must be selected in the drawing
Overview
The Attribute Visibility Editor provides a grid-based interface for toggling the visibility of individual AutoCAD attributes on device block references. Each attribute can be shown or hidden without modifying the underlying data.
Layout
A data grid displaying all attributes for the selected devices:

|---|---|
| Attribute Tag | The tag name of the AutoCAD attribute |
| Visible | Checkbox to toggle visibility on/off |
Steps
- Select one or more devices in the drawing
- Type
ATATT_VISIBILITYin the AutoCAD command line - The editor opens showing all attributes for the selected devices
- Check or uncheck the Visible column for each attribute
- Click Apply to update visibility in the drawing

Tips
- This is useful for hiding informational attributes that clutter the drawing without deleting their data
- Visibility changes are immediate and affect the AutoCAD drawing directly
- To show or hide attributes in bulk across many devices, consider using the Format Device Labels dialog instead
