The ATDESIGN_ASSISTANT_REFRESH command triggers a fresh validation run in the Design Assistant. This ensures the results reflect the latest database state, including any changes made since the last validation run.

ATDESIGN_ASSISTANT_REFRESHin the AutoCAD command line - The Design Assistant re-runs all validation rules with fresh database data
- Updated results appear in the palette
When to Use
- After modifying circuit configurations in the Project Circuits Editor
- After connecting or disconnecting devices
- After updating device properties that affect validation (current limits, battery sizes)
- After generating or updating reports
Tips
- This command blocks until validation is complete
- Each refresh creates a new database context to ensure fresh data (not cached values)
