Command Description
ATSET_DEVICE_INPUT_CIRCUITS Assign input circuits to selected devices

Ribbon: FireCAD > Circuits > Set Device Input Circuits

Prerequisites

  • A FireCAD project must be open
  • Devices must be selected or available for selection

Overview

The ATSET_DEVICE_INPUT_CIRCUITS command opens the Input Circuit Selection dialog for the selected devices, allowing you to configure which circuit inputs each device uses. This is relevant for devices that can accept multiple circuit types (e.g., a speaker/strobe that connects to both NAC and SLC circuits).

Steps

  1. Type ATSET_DEVICE_INPUT_CIRCUITS in the AutoCAD command line
  2. Select one or more devices in the drawing (or pre-select before running the command)
  3. The Input Circuit Selection dialog opens
  4. Configure the circuit input assignments for the selected devices
  5. Click OK to apply
  6. Device labels are updated to reflect the new assignments
