Attribute Visibility

Command

Command Description
ATATT_VISIBILITY Open the Attribute Visibility Editor

Ribbon: FireCAD > Attributes > Set Property Visibility

Prerequisites

  • A FireCAD project must be open

Overview

Opens the Attribute Visibility Editor dialog, which lets you control which attribute tags are visible or hidden on device blocks. This provides fine-grained control over what information is displayed on each device in the drawing.

Steps

  1. Type ATATT_VISIBILITY in the AutoCAD command line
  2. The Attribute Visibility Editor dialog opens
  3. Toggle visibility for individual attribute tags
  4. Apply changes

Tips

  • Hidden attributes still exist in the block — they just aren't displayed
  • This affects the drawing display, not database values or report output
