Overview
Converts AutoCAD dynamic blocks to standard static blocks. For each dynamic block, the current visibility state is extracted and saved as a new static block variant. This is useful when dynamic block functionality is not needed and static blocks are preferred for performance or compatibility.

- Each visibility state becomes a separate block definition

- Preparing drawings for export to systems that don't support dynamic blocks
