Device and Bill of Material Reports will not Run

I have a drawing that is about done.  I went to run Device Legend to get a count of parts and pieces and it fails to run. Bill of Materials will also not run.  I tried other reports and they all run fine.

I have exited the program and rebooted the machine.  That did not help.  Earlier in the day I did put a temporary Device Legend on the drawing and it worked.  That one was removed.  I have tried purging and validation with no luck.  All my devices are shown connected in the Circuits tab.
