Prerequisites

• A FireCAD project must be open

Overview

Searches for and selects all devices in the active drawing that match a keyword. The search checks manufacturer names, part numbers, and custom properties.

Steps

1. Type ATSELECT_BY_KEYWORD in the AutoCAD command line
2. Enter the search keyword
3. All matching devices are selected in the drawing

Tips

• Useful for quickly finding and selecting all instances of a specific device type
• The selection can then be used with other FireCAD commands
