ATPROPERTIES Open the entity properties editor for selected devices

Ribbon: FireCAD > Devices > Device Property Editor

  • A FireCAD project must be open

Overview

The ATPROPERTIES command opens a properties editor dialog for selected devices. This provides access to device-specific properties stored in the entity properties table, such as custom fields, location data, and project-specific attributes.

Steps

  1. Type ATPROPERTIES in the AutoCAD command line
  2. Select one or more devices in the drawing
  3. The Entity Properties dialog opens
  4. View and edit the properties for the selected devices
  5. Apply changes when finished

What You Can Edit

The properties editor shows all entity properties associated with the selected devices, including:

  • Custom property fields defined in the project
  • Device-specific metadata
  • Location and identification information

Tips

  • For quick property edits, use ATSET_ENTITY_PROPERTIES_CL (command-line version)
  • To edit a specific property like panel name or location, use the dedicated commands (ATSET_PANEL_NAME, ATSET_LOCATION, etc.)
