ATSET_ELEVATIONS Set elevation properties on selected devices

Ribbon: FireCAD > Riser > Set Device Elevations

Prerequisites

  • A FireCAD project must be open

Overview

The ATSET_ELEVATIONS command sets the elevation (height) property for selected devices. Elevation data is used in voltage drop calculations, wire length estimates, and riser diagrams.

Steps

  1. Type ATSET_ELEVATIONS in the AutoCAD command line
  2. Select one or more devices
  3. Enter the elevation value
  4. The property is applied to the selected devices

Tips

  • Elevation values affect wire length calculations when vertical distances are considered
  • Set elevations for devices on different floors to get accurate riser calculations
