Overview
When a FireCAD symbol is selected in model space, several grips appear. The square grips let you move attributes or the block itself. The round grip above the symbol is used to rotate the symbol without rotating its attributes.
The Issue
After running the Reset Device Block Definitions command, the round rotation grip may fail to rotate the block. This is a known issue and will be resolved in an upcoming release.
Workaround
Email support@cadgen.com with a description of the issue and the affected drawing. Our team will repair the .dwg file and return it to you.
