Although you are presented with candela or device circuit options when you initially add a device from the palette, you can change a device's candela or circuit settings anytime, even after it is connected. There is no need to reinsert or replace the device.
Just select the device(s) you want to change and use the 'Set Device Settings' command on the 'Circuits' ribbon panel.
