Set Entity Properties
You are then prompted to select the device.
The default property name is “Location” but you can change it to any name. Press "Enter" on your keyboard to accept "Location" or type another property name then "Enter".
You are asked to select a text string but you can type the letter “t” and you will be prompted to type in a value for the attribute. ( The text string is intended for an instance where there is a room name displayed on your floor plan and you want to identify the location of the device.)
Type the letter "t"
A box opens to let you type in the attribute you want to display.
You have now added an attribute which will remain associated with that device.
